OT for Adults
Elizabeth offers virtual, trauma-informed, identity-affirming, outpatient occupational therapy focused on supporting Autistic and neurodivergent adults in their pursuit of daily life as a disabled community member.
You might decide to pursue occupational therapy support if you are having trouble with developing self-care practices or understanding your own energy. Elizabeth can help you complete a sensory profile which might help you better understand your experience of daily life as Autistic or neurodivergent and the kinds of support you might benefit from or need. Some adults find an OT and/or sensory-processing perspective useful to combine with other areas of care, such as mental health, to help inform the other people in your life who support you.
